About the Design

Situated among Orlando’s Big Sand Lakes, Jefferson Sand Lake merges style and sophistication to create a refined lakefront living community in the coveted Doctor Phillips neighborhood. Drawing on the natural beauty of the area, a bright and airy palette of natural hues and blues creates a coastal chic ambiance for the luxurious amenity spaces. FDG worked with the Jefferson Apartment Group and the architect to define the space plan that maximizes socialization as well as views of the surrounding lakes. Amenity spaces include a clubroom with poker and billiards tables, fitness center, outdoor lounge, tech lounge and coworking space, lakeside fire pit seating areas, and pet spa.

In addition to the design and layout of the amenities, FDG provided two unit color schemes, finishes for the public corridors and consulted on the exterior color schemes. To put the finishing touches on the project, FDG designed two model units, a one-bedroom and a two-bedroom apartment that have elevated the community’s success.
