Design Expediting Services International Hires Daniel Toliver as Director of Operations
DALLAS (Mar. 05, 2014) –Design Expediting Services International (DESI), a full-service receiving, storage, and turn-key installation facility founded in 2001 by Adrienne Faulkner, has hired Daniel Toliver as its Director of Operations. Toliver, who has more than 20 years of experience in operations management, logistical solutions and business development, and will be responsible for implementing process improvement procedures and managing projects that will increase DESI’s efficiency.
Before joining DESI, Toliver was Director of Operations and Client Relations Manager at Dragon Relocation Storage in Dallas, where he regularly provided guidance on policies and plans affecting company operations, advised on delivery practices and served as a resource for knowledge and learning services. Additionally, Toliver monitored and analyzed the operating environment and readjusted operations based on internal and external client needs, which are skills that are integral at DESI, according to Adrienne Akin Faulkner, RID, LEED Green Associate, IIDA, ASID, president and founder of Faulkner Design Group, a leading interior and architectural design firm and parent company of DESI.

A Certified Six-Sigma Green Belt and Recognized Six-Sigma Society Member, Toliver received much of his professional training from the University of Texas at Dallas School of Management.
