About the Design

Centered between the lively and historic downtown Fort Worth, Texas, and the trendy West 7th district, Broadstone on Fifth brings the charming culture of this rapidly growing city to life with its intricate, modern design. High-end furniture and finishes with concierge-level services give residents the closest experience of condo living while in a rental apartment setting.

The amenities are broken down into social and business areas, each promoting relaxation or focus throughout the community. A specialty Business Lounge was created to accommodate a remote office environment, providing residents with private or shared spaces for personal or professional use, with access to a large conference room, two private workspaces, and four different lounge areas. An innovative Uber Lounge provides a safe and comfortable meeting place for ridesharing and deliveries.

The architectural layout of the site and building plans resulted in an unexpected sizable amount of indoor and especially outdoor space which posed an exciting challenge for the interior design team to develop functional spaces that weren’t redundant, many of which revolving around the rooftop infinity-edge plunge pool overlooking the Fort Worth skyline.
