Our Executive Team makes it a point to commemorate each birthday, anniversary, marriage, birth, accomplishment, and every facet of life - no achievement goes unnoticed.

At Faulkner Design Group, we transcend the fundamentals of “work proximity associates” by investing in the experience and lives of our team. Thus, Faulkner University was established to educate staff on diverse cultural, historical, technological, and industry topics that serve to inspire our team members to think outside the box. We value education, but also love to have fun, which spurred the creation of the Faulkner Fun Committee which curates entertaining and interactive events for our team boosting engagement and team spirit. These activities strengthen our relationships, with team members hosting virtual trivia nights, bingo, and much more to highlight and celebrate one another in our own unique way.

The COVID-19 pandemic taught us how staying connected is now more imperative than ever before. Faulkner University seminars and lively Happy Hours allow our Executive Team to keep up with office morale and the mentality of our team to ensure everyone is happy and healthy. Our Go BIG initiative emboldens us to “Begin in Gratitude” each day and fosters positivity both in and out of the office.
