In 2007, Faulkner was among the first interior design firms to integrate REVIT software into the design process. Using this technology, we create and depict designs with highly detailed construction drawings and 3-D renderings. This allows our clients to visualize their projects long before construction begins. Our modeling capabilities integrate seamlessly with the architect and contractor – reducing changes, saving time and money.
FDG features in-house FF&E procurement and installation teams to ensure quality throughout the design phases. Our procurement team coordinates purchasing, receiving, and delivery while leveraging our long-lasting vendor relationships to secure high-quality products at exceptional prices. They remain available to our clients, providing post-installation warranty services.

Three Decades of Design
During the summer of 1992, in the second bedroom of her home, Adrienne Akin Faulkner created Adrienne Faulkner Interiors leaving the interior design firm that she had joined after receiving her degree in Interior Design. Her first client was Dallas Cowboys’ quarterback Troy Aikman. Nine months later with three employees, she moved into a 2,500 square foot office with clientele including Lincoln Property Company and JPI.
The firm continued to grow and diversify based on combining precise architectural drawings with innovative yet practical interior designs. Drawing upon decades of experience in interior design and architecture and extensive global travel since the early ‘70s, Adrienne has led Faulkner Design Group’s talented team of highly experienced, and tenured professionals in creating innovative, sustainable, and award-winning multifamily, senior living, and hospitality solutions worldwide. The firm quickly evolved into a full-service, nationally recognized architectural interior design firm known for its strong leadership and company values of Gratitude, Integrity, Spirited Culture, and Forward Vision.
