Museum Place

Located just across the street from the world-renowned Kimbell Art Museum and the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth, the mixed-use Museum Place development will make a splash as Crescent Real Estates first project in Fort Worth. Museum Place will enhance the Fort Worth’s culture district with 125 luxury residential units, a Crescent Hotel, class A office space, and a landscaped courtyard that will host outdoor dining, events, and social activities.  The development will incorporate local, commissioned artwork that will be featured throughout the amenity and public spaces.

The Canopy at Reston

Drawing from the unique communities in and around Reston, Virginia, the Canopy at Reston will bring Silverstone Senior Living’s mission to life with lively spaces and engaging amenities. The Canopy’s 125 units will be surrounded with a backdrop with natural tones of wood and stone. The neutral characteristics of these materials allow the splashes of blues, greens, and magenta to create focal points throughout the entire community. The Canopy Reston will feature elegant, restaurant-style fine dining experiences and a full-service wellness spa.

Samsom Plaza East

FDG has recently started work on the redevelopment of two connected 1970 Richard Neutra towers on the University of Pennsylvania’s campus for Greystar.  The student residence towers will include 473 residential units with 591 beds and includes approximately 14,000 square feet of amenity spaces. Construction is slated to begin in January 2022 and will welcome students in the Fall of 2023. Originally constructed in 1970, the project will revitalize the building’s modern architecture with new finishes, artwork, and furniture.
