About the Design
Tucked into a beautifully wooded setting surrounded by towering pines, Atria Cary offers engaging independent living with all-inclusive amenities. Located just 20 minutes from the Raleigh Durham airport, this community is easily accessible for visitors and provides direct proximity to shopping and entertainment centers as well as maximizing access to outdoor wellness activities including the Greenway Walking Trail. Each space within Atria Cary is intentionally positioned to capture views of the 12-acre area of woods and adjacent Symphony Lake.
The amenity spaces are designed to transition from one to the next allowing for multipurpose uses for large and small events. The living room is flanked by the library and bistro that flow easily into one another. Across the hallway, the piano wine bar is situated near the entrance to promote social activity from the moment residents enter the community. The bistro and adjacent piano wine bar offer two different yet complementary atmospheres. The bistro’s light and airy furniture and finishes provide an inviting and energizing gathering place for residents to enjoy coffee and a grab-n-go style breakfast. The moodier piano wine bar with a variety of seating types engages residents in a multifunctional area.
The community is designed to engage an active adult demographic. Programming includes many events, classes, cocktail hours, etc. to cultivate and accommodate an active lifestyle. The amenities on each floor allow for a variety of events and sizes with the strategic placement of open transitions from each space to the next. The expansive views to the outdoors drive residents outside to enjoy the large patio and a host of other amenities including bocce ball, a putting green, fire pit, raised gardening beds, dog park, as well as a stage for additional events.
