SOMETHING TO KNOW ABOUT AUDRA
Admiring her vast knowledge and unmatched experience, FDG was excited to welcome Audra to the incredible accounting team back in 2015. Audra’s affinity for numbers led to her booming and successful career working in insurance billing for over 20 years where she honed her craft and became the best accounting assistant she could be.
Instantly becoming a valued member of the FDG team with her overwhelmingly warm and welcoming personality, Audra was quick to meet new people and make new friends, a tradition which has never stopped. She’s always there to answer any questions or lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Her positive attitude and motivated mindset lead her to overcome any obstacle or task while she makes anyone and everyone who steps foot into the office feel welcome. Audra has since been named “The Friendly Face.”

Aurora, IL
As the second largest city in Illinois, located only 35 miles from Chicago, Audra’s hometown has been ranked the number one city in the United States to live the American Dream. Fun Fact: Aurora is known as the “City of Lights” as it was the first city in the nation to illuminate its streets with electric lights!

Lunch at Sandbar Cantina
Audra’s love of warm weather and sand between her toes ties into her favorite FDG event. The Sandbar Cantina & Grill transported the team to a delicious beach buffet that made Audra feel like she was relaxing on a tropical island.

Meeting Co-workers
As the friendly face of the office, Audra loves getting to know her team members on a deeper level. She still remembers Karen Perkins, the first FDG team member she truly got to know when she became part of the accounting team.

The Twilight Saga
Much like teens in the mid to late 2000s and women who crave a romance of epic proportions, Audra is fascinated with the Twilight movie series. Though she adores the final installment of the saga, Breaking Dawn: Part 2, where Bella and Edward triumph over evil, Audra will always and forever be Team Jacob due to Bella and Jacob’s lasting, unbreakable friendship.

Heatwave’s intimate song creates a romantic ambience perfect for young and old couples alike with lead singer Johnnie Wilder, Jr.’s soothing voice. Each time the song plays, Audra reminisces watching her parents dance together when she was younger.
“All Rise”
Audra enjoys watching the day to day lives and challenges of judges, prosecutors, and public defenders with this CBS drama. Her favorite character is Sherri Kansky, the lead judge’s right-hand-woman who keeps everyone in line and everything in check.
PODCAST
“Dr. Death”
While any crime related podcast will do, Audra loves the haunting tales of Dr. Death, a Texas surgeon convicted of gross malpractice after numerous patients were left seriously injured.
DESTINATION
Greece
Topping her travel bucket list, Audra hopes to one day visit this cultured country. The beautiful beaches and Blue Caves of Zakynthos would be only one of the many stops on her dream trip.
SEASON
Summer
Audra gladly traded her winter coats for t-shirts and flip flops when she moved to Texas from Illinois. Loving the heat and the radiant sunshine, it’s no wonder her favorite season is summer.

Words with Friends
Playing “Words with Friends” is Audra’s go-to when she has some time to herself. Having a love for camaraderie and Scrabble-style brain games, playing “Words with Friends'“ is the perfect hobby.

Despite preferring warm weather to a crisp and chilly autumn, Audra’s favorite holiday is Thanksgiving. She loves gathering with her family to reminisce and catch-up while cooking a turkey with all the dressings and her mom’s homemade potato salad. While most find it difficult to name their favorite restaurant, Audra’s is decidedly Uncle Julio’s, a delicious and flavorful Tex-Mex restaurant found throughout the DFW area. To top it all off, Audra reveres the color red which makes her feel like the powerful and confident woman she is.

Evading the Camera
Don’t like your picture taken? Regardless of her good looks, Audra is an absolute pro at evading the camera lens, only taking pictures when absolutely necessary.
