SOMETHING TO KNOW ABOUT STEPHANIE
Fifteen years ago, Stephanie began her long and successful career at FDG, bringing with her optimism and years of architecture and design experience from every facet of her life. Stephanie’s keen eye for design and her warm and generous personality quickly elevated her to become a Senior Project Manager.
Equipped with knowledge that fosters success for the design team and taking a leading role in the creation and execution of countless projects, Stephanie has been given the name, “The Organizer.”
HOMETOWN
Texarkana, TX
Rumor has it that the name Texarkana is a compilation of the three states surrounding it, as it’s the most north east city in Texas, bordering Arkansas, and near Louisiana.
FOUND IN THE DETAILS
Even before graduating from the University of North Texas in 1998, Stephanie was immersed in the world of architecture and design, learning from her father who was a contractor and built various custom homes with her mother throughout Stephanie’s lifetime. With each new home, Stephanie had the unique opportunity to not only design her bedroom, but to help her mother with the interior design of the house, which further cultivated her love for art and creativity. These tools would later provide Stephanie with an unparalleled advantage when designing communities that fit her clients’ desires and garner numerous industry awards and recognition.

The Design Process
No two days at FDG are ever the same. With over 10 projects always in motion for her team and in different stages under her watchful eye, Stephanie adores every phase of the design process.
From shopping for amazing finishes and FFE through years of the Construction Administration phase and coordinating every detail to finally see the project come to fruition. Each day at FDG excites Stephanie for the future and what’s to come.
PROJECT
The Sudbury
Set to install this summer, a near 50-story, shimmering high-rise 15 years in the making will come to fruition in Boston and will set a new standard of luxury multifamily living in the area.
The FDG team feels truly honored to have been selected to help design such a prestigious project.
DESTINATION
The Beach
Stephanie loves visiting any place where she can dip her feet into cool, refreshing water. And while the beach is her first choice, Stephanie’s runner-up is Milan, Italy, where she attended the largest design show in the world.
MOVIE
COLOR
Emerald Green
Not only is Stephanie a fan of this color among other jewel tones, emerald green is her birthstone.
“Ozark”
“Ozark” is the dark and dramatic TV show that everyone is talking about, and Stephanie is no different. Her favorite character is psychotic Darlene Snell, a truly scary addition to the show. You can watch “Ozark” on Netflix today!
SEASON
Summer
Texas summers bring sunshine and days spent by the pool, one of Stephanie’s favorite activities. But in close second is football season.
Texas born and raised, Stephanie is a lifelong Dallas Cowboys fan, despite marrying into a Detroit Lions family, which makes for interesting game days.
HOBBY
Family Cooking
Stephanie enjoys a multitude of hobbies including being with her family, gardening, designing, organizing, and cooking. Her favorite thing to cook is either homemade pizza or chicken spaghetti, both great meals to share with family.
MUSIC
Alternative with a Mix of Classic
While any kind of music is good music, Stephanie is especially fond of the The Coffee House, Underground Garage, Radio Margaritaville, Classic Rewind, Classic Vinyl, Lithium, and Alt Nation radio stations, all of which get her pumped up for the day’s events and get her creativity churning.
MOVIE
Simply picking one favorite movie is no easy task, but “Reservoir Dogs” and “Bridesmaids” come in close second. “Pulp Fiction’s” incredible cast featuring Samuel L. Jackson, John Travolta, and Uma Thurman are so tough and skillful, it’s hard not to love them.
MORE ABOUT STEPHANIE
With a menagerie of animals at home, Stephanie takes care of her silver Labrador, Sid, her cat, Molly, two hamsters named Toga and Tokoyami, and two guinea pigs named Jerri and Crackers, all while still taking care of her amazing children Brayden and Maddie.
In her free time, Stephanie loves to learn more about design through watching design related television shows that help inspire her design ideas and keep her up-to-date on all of the latest trends.

Cooking
In conjunction with her favorite hobby, Stephanie is praised by her kids for making her special homemade pizza and her delicious mashed potatoes.
